Davina is the Master Chef behind Bangkok Supper Club.
After obtaining her Advanced Chefs Diploma at Westminster College UK, Davina spent 6 years perfecting her art in London at such places as St. James private members club, the Royal Family of Oman at the Sultans London Palace, and at Michelin Star restaurant Gary Rhodes in the Square.
In 2005, Davina made the swim over to Bangkok where she spent 7 years getting to be the master mind behind the chocolate creations for the Gallothai Company. Here she was fortunate enough to research, create, develop, and produce customized requests from hotels, restaurants, event planners, etc.
In 2012, Dean & Deluca scooped her up and she served as their Head Pastry Chef in Bangkok.
From here, Davina took the leap and went Freelance. Her expertise has been shared with WWA Cafe, Chooseless Cafe, as well as Oceania Cruises and others over the last 4 years.
Davina is excited to branch out once again and create a product that is brand new to Bangkok. We are lucky to have such a talent among us in our very special Land of Smiles.
